What is Google doing?

Worried about your PageRank drop? While you shouldn’t worry too much about PageRank, those who do care can take comfort in this, YouTube has a PageRank of 3. I think this makes it clear that there is some problem with the PageRank system that should soon be fixed.

I am pretty sure YouTube is important enough to have a PageRank importance of over 3 and the fact that Google paid $1.7 Billion for it should warrant it to be worth more than a simple blog with a few incoming links.

Also, how is Forbes a PR5 and how did Statcounter drop from a PR10 to a PR6?

Something is fishy…
